Kent Brewery is the result of a chance meeting between Toby Simmonds and Paul Herbert in the garden of Paul's local. Both were looking for a partner to help produce beers of exceptional taste and quality to enrich the pub-going experiences for the people of Kent and beyond.
Kent Brewery was born out of a desire to help take Kent in a new direction, but one that is based upon Kent's oldest tradition - innovation. The two Directors of Kent Brewery are dedicated to nothing more than making ever more interesting and tasty beers.
