St Patrick's Day Meet The Brewer Night.
Join us on Tuesday, 17th March as we host a St Patrick's Day meet the brewer night.
We'll be welcoming brewers from Goacher's, Hopdaemon and Pig & Porter to show you the ingredients that go in to their beer aswell as answering questions about the brewing process.
Remembrance Day - Hopdaemon - ANZAC
Join us this Remembrance Day as we enjoy the wonderful Hopdaemon Anzac, brewed by Tonie Prins - Owner of Hopdaemon Brewery as a tribute to the fallen from the New Zealand and Australian forces during the two World Wars.
Originally a one off beer, the Anzac has been brewed a second time due to high demand and will be available this Remembrance Day.
The Paper Mill's one year anniversary
Today is our first anniversary. It's been a wonderful year and we'd like to thank everyone that has supported us and made The Mill the amazing place it is. Today we will be celebrating with some very special beers, some nibbles, the fantastic Headcorn Morris at 1pm, a sing song and general frivolity throughout the day. Please do come and join in our celebration.
Green Hop Beer Week
What is Kent Green Hop Beer?
Kent Green Hop Beer is beer made with fresh, or green, Kentish hops – instead of using hops that have been dried as is more traditional in brewing. The beers have a characteristic fresh taste because the hops used contain many of the oils that are normally lost when hops are dried. We make sure the hops are as fresh as can be by using them within 12 hours of being picked.
So come and join us to celebrate this season's new hops.

Make May A Mild Month
During May we will be joining CAMRA (the campaign for real ale) in promoting the increasingly popular style of beer, the Mild. We will be selling Goacher's Mild at £2.50 a pint, so why not come into The Paper Mill and try a pint.

St Patricks Day
This coming Monday, 17th March, it's St. Patricks Day!
In order to celebrate it we will be putting on Goacher's Crown Imperial Stout, a traditional dry Irish stout that goes down a treat!.
Simon, the brewer, will be hosting a "meet the brewer" night from 6:00PM, including a tasting session of all the ingredients that are used to brew this marvellous beer! We look forward to celebrating St. Patricks Day with you!
